Second Twin Otter Seaplane for Vietnam Navy Take Off in Canada

(Phunutoday) - The aircraft company Viking Air (Canada), conduct the testing phase of seacond seaplane DHC-6 Twin Otter 400 series for Vietnam Navy began on 18/1, before completing all tested and delivered to customers.

The DHC-6 Twin Otter Monday, after the completion of assembly and final testing techniques, have made direct flights from the factory to the Victoria International Airport.

Who taught ? Pacific Sky Aviation Company (a subsidiary of Viking Group) has started flight training for pilots of Vietnam Navy.
